The Alabama Community College System Public Relations Association would like to invite you to join us as a vendor for our Annual Conference at Perdido Beach Resort in Orange Beach, Alabama.
Who is ACCSPRA and why should you attend our event?
The Alabama Community College System Public Relations Association (ACCSPRA) membership is comprised of the marketing, public relations, and recruiting professionals within the state’s two-year college system. These institutions of higher learning and training are strategically located throughout the state. Each offers distinct and valuable programs that provide educational opportunities to our citizens. Our members are responsible for planning, purchasing, and/or recommending marketing, advertising, recruiting, promotions, and digital and print products and services. We typically have approximately 50 members who attend each year.
ACCSPRA was established in 1990 to strengthen and promote the awareness and purpose of The Alabama Community College System and to provide professional development and networking for its members.
How do I sign-up?
Vendor sponsorships are available as Presenting Sponsor, Pyramid Awards Sponsor, Welcome Reception Sponsor, Breakfast Sponsor, Refreshment Break Sponsor, and Vendor Booth Sponsor. A summary of each package can be found below. Vendor space will be awarded on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
Interested vendors should complete the registration form and submit. Payment should be sent to: ACCSPRA VENDORS c/o Gail Crutchfield, ACCSPRA Treasurer, Wallace State Community College, PO Box 2000, Hanceville, AL 35077.
If you plan to attend the Dinner and/or the Reception, please let us know. Tickets for the Awards Dinner may be purchased for $75 per person. Upon completion of registration, a finalized agenda and hotel details will be forwarded to you.
